Domenica VII post Pentecosten or the Seventh Sunday after Pentecost corresponds to the Thirteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, the Gospel warning of false prophets (Matth. 7:15) giving way in the three-year lectionary to the admonition to abandon all others (Matt. 10:37-42), the daughter of Jairus (Mark 5:21-43) and the admonition not to look back (Luke 9:51-62).

In those calendars which number Sundays after Trinity, this falls on the Sixth Sunday after Trinity but the Lutheran Lectionary gives Matth. 5:20-24 as the Gospel for that day. Matth 7:15 is read on the Eighth Sunday after Trinity.
