Born: c. 1500

Died: c. 1567

Biography

A Portuguese composer. According to Wikipedia, he was a singer in the Royal Chapel of Dom João III of Portugal and became master of the chapel in 1548 and mestre de capela (choirmaster) at Lisbon Cathedral in 1551.
