Apparebit in finem, et non mentietur: si moram fecerit, exspecta eum, quia veniens veniet et non tardabit

Habakkuk 2: 3

English translation

He shall appear at the end, and shall not lie: if he shall make tariance, expect him, because coming he will come, and he will not slack.
