Description: The first book of printed music in America. Notes as sofege letters (FSLM) on staff. No copy of edition 1, 2, 4, or 6 (1721) is known. Third edition had 34 tunes, reprinted in editions 7 (1728), 8 (1731), and 9 (1736). Tenth edition had 37 tunes, reprinted in edition 11 (1744).
