Description: For the 20th Sunday after Trinity, the Gospel corresponding in the Roman calendars to Pentecost XIX or OT 28A. The work was probably first performed 3 November 1715 or 25 October 1716, and revived in 1723, when the corno da tirarsi was added (largely doubling the viola). Some performers add a hypothetical 'missing' obligato part to the Soprano aria.
