Description: The ninth Magnificat setting in Guerreros collection of 16 settings: Canticum Beatae Mariae ... printed by Petrus Phalesius, 1563. This setting is mainly four part. Only the "Et Misericordia" is a SAT trio. The Gloria Patri section, though four-part, is set for high voices SSAT. The original printed sources gives only the verses set polyphonicaly.
