Copyright of "A la nanita nana"

Thank you for your comment on A la nanita nana (Douglas Brooks-Davies). First of all, let me explain why the composer (or source) of the tune is incorrect on the wiki page. The reason for this is that when CPDL was ported to the wiki format, score pages were automatically coded and converted to the correct format. This meant that on some pages, details such as the composer should have actually have been labelled "Arranger". Mistakes like this one have been corrected in many cases but apparently not here. You may note that on the score itself (PDF file), the details are correct (insofar as Douglas Brooks-Davies is listed as the harmoniser and arranger, not the composer).

Now the more serious concern of a possible infrindgement of copyright. The manager and other administrators of CPDL take copyright law very seriously. As a precaution, I have "commented out" the code which links to the files which you believe are violating copyright. I will raise this issue with the administrators and it will be investigated. If you have any further questions about this issue, please post them here. Regards --Bobnotts talk 08:29, 2 October 2007 (PDT)
