Una felice etate un secol d'oro,
Gran Reina per voi goder mi spero,
Et piu oltre che la stender l'Impero,
Ove lo Scit'aghiaccia ov'ard'il Moro,

Dolce pegno d'Amor caro thesoro,
Del mio signor se lingu'ò stile altero,
Per alzarvi non ho che giung'al vero,
Pur col cor pien d'affetto humil v'adoro.

Segno con bianca pietr'il giorno e l'hora,
Che facendomi à voi serv'e soggetto,
Mille palm'acquistai mille trofei,

Quindi à mirar gl'Altar che v'hann'eretto,
In bronzi,e in marmi i cari figli miei,
S'alza nell'Ocean la vaga Aurora.
