Sss, the sleek snake is slowly sliding,
Through the soft swaying grass,
Silently seeking, slyly slithering,
Stealthy serpent surpassing.

Coiling, creeping,
Carefully crawling,
Cunning creature closing in,
Swiftly, speeding through stalks.

Scales shimmering, sharp eyes locked,
Sinuous body smoothly rocks.

Prey, predator, pulse, pace,
Mounting, mounting strike!
