Strane guise d'amar d'amor fedele,
incredibil'effempio ultimo acceso,
doppo lungo adorar Donna crudele,
al fin d'amante suo son fatti ruffo.

E com'agnella il tarte o pecchia il mele,
son ostretio a portar non a me stesso,
anzi qual face in loch i oscuri e bui,
struggio me stesso per far luce altrui.
