Source of text is John 6:57. Solesmes gives "meam carnem" for the Responsory and "carnem meam" for the Communion, but Dominican books "meam carnem" for the Communion as well.

Latin text Qui manducat meam carnem et bibit meum sanguinem in me manet et ego in illo.

German translation Wer mein Fleisch ißt und mein Blut trinkt, bleibt in mir und ich in ihm.

English translation He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood dwelleth in me, and I in him.
