Italian.png Italian text

L’inargentato lido,
Che la fronte a Nettun pomposo cinge,
E d’Adria’l sen dipinge,
Col più amoroso grido,
Dori t’adora e inchina,
Di lui sola regina,
O rari eccelsi honori,
Cantan le gratie e i tenerini Amori,
Viva la bella Dori.

English.png English translation

From the silvery shore,
that girds the brow of the mighty Neptune
and lines the breast of Adria’s sea,
with an amorous cry,
do I, Dori, adore thee and bow before thee,
who art its sole queen;
oh rare and lofty honors.
The graces and the infant gods of love sing:
“Long live fair Dori!”.

Dutch.png Dutch translation

Het zilveren strand dat het voorhoofd
van de machtige Neptunis omcirkelt,
en de Adriatische zee afbakent:
met een meest liefdevolle kreet
bemin ik jou, Dori, en buig voor je,
die zijn enige koningin zijt;
o zeldzame eer.
De gratiën en de jeugdige goden zingen:
"Leve de schone Dori!"
