Description: German setting of Psalm 100. The Basso continuo part book contains two independent parts (one for each choir). In the tradition of the many a cappella choirs, this motet is almost exclusively known as unaccompanied music where the basso continuo parts are just omitted. Conductors/performers think that the Doxology starts with an unaccompanied soprano duetto. However, this was not the intention of the composer.
