Illuminare Jerusalem; venit lux tua
et gloria Domini super te Jerusalem.
Rex aeternae misericordiae Christus

Alleluia.

Shine, O Jerusalem; thy light approaches
and the glory of the Lord is upon thee, Jerusalem.
Christ the king of everlasting mercies is accepted in,
whose light today has brightened in magnificence.
Alleluia.
