When posted, the original file was listed as a "Finale 2003 file", it was not; it was a Finale file, but was created using Finale 2006. The original file also was incorrectly optimized, and had missing lyrics. Optimization was corrected, and a new ~.pdf file was uploaded on 21 January, 2007. The missing lyrics are supplied in a correction to the Finale file uploaded on 22 January, 2007, and a new ~.pdf file were uploaded on 22 January, 2007.
