Category:Seven-shape note editions

This category includes works with seven shape notation. There are three systems in current use.

1. The system invented by Joseph Funk in his Harmonia Sacra in 1851

Re-typeset version of a diagram in Harmonia Sacra, 1860 edition.

2. The system invented by William Walker in 1867 in his Christian Harmony

Re-typeset version of a diagram in ChristianHarmony1873.org ("Doe" and "Ray" shapes are those currently used, both inverted from 1873).

3. The seven-shape note system invented by Jesse Aikin (1846)

As used in the 2010 edition of The Christian Harmony.
