Alcun nel maggior freddo e intenso ghiaccio,
Con l’Arcobugio in braccio,
De l’Anitre natanti è ogn’hor seguace,
Ucciditor sagace,
Salta il bon Can pur uso a queste prede,
Dove l’uccello vede,
E pien di gioia al suo Padron ne porta,
La cara preda ò sia ferita ò morta.
