Spanish text ¡O venturoso día, o felix hora, que tan de buena gana Christo me dió su carne soberana! Y díxome: mortal, todo soy tuyo, fenezca ya tu mal.

German translation O günstiger Tag, o glückliche Stunde, daß Christus so bereitswillig mir sein eigenes Fleisch gab! Und mir sagte: "Sterblicher, ich bin ganz dein, beende schon dein Leid."

English translation Oh fortunate day, oh happy hour, That Christ so willingly gave me his own sovereign flesh! And said to me: "Mortal, I am all yours; Let your suffering be over." Translation by James Gibb
