Bar 7: Alto - 1st note should be E, not D.
Bar 77: Right hand - 1st note lower voice should be B♮, not B♭ and tied to previous note.
Bar 142: Alto - 1st note should be C, not D.
Bar 175L Left hand - 1st note should (probably) be A♮, not A♭, and tied to the previous note.

I have finally caught up with this note, emerging from at time when real life was being singularly unpleasant.

I've checked against my copy, and you were correct about all the queries. The interesting one was the bar 142 (143 by my count) Alto part. At first glance it looks like a D, but careful examination shows the minim head to be printed in the position of a C, but without the ledger line. Clearly Stainer & Bell weren't using Sibelius in 1914!

Opus?

I'm in doubt about which is the present work:

• Op. 143 - Thanksgiving Hymn for chorus (Stainer and Bell).
• Op. 115 Te Deum in C for brass & timpany

The title page of the copy in my possession (which looks to be a 1914 printing) is unambiguously Op. 143. Sadly, it is the arrangement for Organ and Voices, not the Full Score or Complete Band Parts. Whoever originally acquired it mustn't have wanted to spend the 2/6 net that each of them cost, as opposed to the 8d for the arrangement.
