In that immense Love proceeding of the Two,
The Father spoke words of great affection to the Son.

Verses:
1. What came to His Heart was in this manner said:
My Son, it is only in your company, in your presence, that I am content.

2. And if some creature content me, it is in You that I love them.
For those who most resemble you, walk with you, those most satisfy me.

3. You are the Light of my Light.
You are my wisdom. The image of my substance. eternal truth. in whom I am well pleased.
