Euro gentil se d'amoroso ardore
Giamai l'alma t'accese alcun bel lume,
Spiega in ponente le veloci piume,
Dov'è colei che tien seco il mio core
A cui con queste amare onde che fuore
Spargo da gli occhi in lagrimoso fiume
Porta i sospiri miei che per costume
A mille dal mio sen trae il dolore.
Ed in sembiante riverente e umile
Bacciale il piede e di che tosto spero
