Dutch text Een vrouelic wesen mijn oogskins saghen, Wien ic ghetrauwicheijt moet thoescriven. Al wilt mij haer jonst uut liefden driven, Naer dese gheen ander om mij te behaghen.

English translation Translation by Mick Swithinbank There is a woman who has come within my sight, whom I must love faithfully from now on. Love drives me to seek her favour: no other but she can gladden my heart.
