- Vultum tuum deprecabuntur omnes divites plebis:
- adducentur Regi virgines post eam:
- proximae ejus adducentur tibi
- in laetitia et exultatione, alleluia.
- Eructavit cor meum verbum bonum,
- dico ego opera mea Regi.
- Gloria Patri
- et Filio
- et Spiritui Sancto.
- Sicut erat in principio,
- et nunc, et semper,
- et in saecula saeculorum.
- Amen.
English translation
- All the rich among the people shall entreat thy countenance:
- after her shall virgins be brought to the King:
- her neighbours shall be brought to thee
- in gladness and rejoicing. Alleluia.
- My heart hath uttered a good word:
- I speak my works to the King.
- Glory be to the Father,
- and to the Son,
- and to the Holy Spirit.
- As it was in the beginning,
- is now, and ever shall be,
- world without end.
- Amen.
