Latin text Virgo sancta Katherina, Grecie gemma, urbe Alexandrina, Costi Regis erat filia. O filia, scholarum gaudium, pudoris lilium, virgo Katherina. O mater nostra, ter sancta quaterque beata, virgo sancta Katherina, famularun suscipe vota. Amen.

English translation  Holy virgin Katherine, Grecian gem, was daughter of King Costas in the city of Alexandria. O daughter, joy of scholars, lily of modesty, virgin Katherine. Our mother, thrice holy and four times blessed, holy virgin Katherine, receive the prayers of your servants. Amen.
