Description: Four settings of the Easter Sequence Victimae paschali has come down to us from Palestrina, none of which was published during his lifetime.
Vol. 7 of Palestrina Werke contains 3 settings (two of them come from the Library of Collegio Romano, this 3rd one from the Library of Palazzo Barberini), and Vol. 32 has an alternate version for choir I.
