Duruflé's "Ubi caritas" - Copyright infringement

I've deleted the copy of "Ubi Caritas" by Duruflé that you uploaded, as this work was published in 1960 and Duruflé died in 1986, so it is likely still under copyright everywhere in the world, including the U.S.A. where the CPDL servers are located.
