Tui sunt coeli,

orbem terarum,
et plenitudinem ejus tu fundasti,
justitia et judicium preparatio
sedis tuae.

Thine are the heavens,
and thine is the earth,
the world and the fullness
thereof thou hast founded,
Justice and judgement
