Song of Solomon 1:4 Latin text

Trahe me post te,

curremus in odorem unguentorum tuorum.

Introduxit me rex in cellaria sua,

exultabimus et laetabimur in te,

memores uberum tuorum super vinum.

Recti diligunt te.

English translation

Draw me after you,

we will run to the odour of your anointing oils.

The king has brought me into his chambers.

We will exult and rejoice in you;

remembering your breasts more than wine;

the upright love you.
