- Edition notes: Copyright 2013, 2014 Clark Cooper. Piano reduction from orchestra is my own work. The full score available in the zip file is Letter sized and in landscape orientation. It's meant to be printed double sided. The parts are letter size in normal orientation. The zipped LilyPond source ran on my Linux system. The Makefile contains directions on how to generate the various outputs. In particular it has directions on how to generate A4 size versions of the output.
