In sa nòtte piùs manna
De su chélu s'altu Re.

Glória, glória, cantan in chélu
Lughidos anghelos pro s'altu Re;
Paghe e vittória, s'as bónu zelu
Anima povera, cantan pro te.

E in giru a sa domitta
De anghelos si falat
Una truma beneìtta
Chi 'olènde s'allumat.

E benignan sos pastòres,
Incantados cre', no cre',
E a cussos isplendhòres
Appuntan léstros su pê.

E tuccan de s'Oriènte
Cun s'istèlla sos tres Res
L'adoran devotamènte:
Bambineddhu inòghe ses?

E abbértu su tesòro
Libberales li donan
