Publications
Publications by Torres include his treatise "Arte de canto llano, con entonaciones de coro y altar, y otras cosas" which includes 37 examples including Torres' "Salve Regina" and "Benedictus qui venit" and "Benedictus qui venit" by Philippe Rogier. The copy of this work in the British Library is inscribed "Presented by Sir John Hawkins, May 30 1778”. Hawkins does not, however, refer to Torres in his "History of Music".
