Gáude Vírgo María;
cúnctas haéreses sóla interemísti,
quae Gabriélis Archángeli díctis credidísti.
Dum Vírgo Déum et hóminem genuísti,
et post pártum Vírgo invioláta permansísti.

English translation

Rejoice, Virgin Mary;
you alone destroyed all the heresies,
you who believed the words of the Archangel Gabriel.
While a Virgin you bore both God and man,
and after the birth you remained an untouched Virgin.
