Description: This descant is written to be sung with the hymn tune Evangelists, also known as Alles ist an Gottes Segen, which was adapted from Bach's version of a chorale by Johann Löhner. The descant was originally written for the hymn Praise the Lord, rise up rejoicing, no. 416 in Hymns Ancient & Modern New Standard, the words of which are still in copyright.
