Description: Composed by Baldassare Sartori in 1705. Error introduced by Alfieri and promulgated by Petti & Rutter. There are a handful of clearly labelled sources from the 18th century, one of which (I-Rli P.25) mentions that Sartori is caricaturing Anerio hence Alfieri's confusion. The aforementioned editors also ironed out many of the original accidentals in an effort to make the piece sound less baroque. Tch! Graduale, Missa Vespertina In Cena Domini. Graduale, In Exaltatione Sanctae Crucis
