This page describes the protocol for reporting an error with a CPDL edition. Every page has a discussion tab at the top. The procedure for reporting an error is to go the page with the CPDL ID#. Click on the Discussion tab, then click on the '+' sign to the right of the edit tab. This will open a window for adding a comment. The Subject header should be 'Error Report'. Below is a template for reporting an error. Please feel free to copy it and paste it into the edit area:

<b>CPDL ID#:</b> (place CPDL number here)

<b>DATE (YYYY-MM-DD):</b> (place today's date here)

<b>Type of Error:</br> (describe type of error, i.e. broken link, editorial error, etc.) 

<b>Severity of Error:</br>

(please sign your name at the end of this report)
