English text
Blessed are they which love thee;
For they shall rejoice in thy peace.
Blessed are they which have been sorrowful,
For they shall rejoice in thee
When they have seen thy glory, they be glad for evermore.
For Jerusalem shall be built up and all her streets shall say:
Alleluia!
O blessed be God for ever and ever more.
Blessed are they which love thee.
Alleluia!
Latin text
Beati qui diligunt te!
Gaudebunt in pace tua.
Beati qui tristati sunt.
In te gaudebunt.
Vidente omnem gloriam tuam et laetabuntur in saecula.
Quoniam aedificabitur Jerusalem et dicent omnes vici eus,
Alleluia!
Benedictus Deus in omnia saecula.
Beati qui diligunt te.
Alleluia!
